Hi my name is Vinny. I live in Boulder, Colorado, originally from New jersey. I am 31 years old and I need to make a change. I used to be very athletic when I was younger. I remember the days when I had the best six pack of my friends in high school. I grew up playing baseball and ice hockey. In my 20s I used to rock climb in the summer and ski a lot in the winter. Hi my name is Vinny. I live in Boulder, Colorado, originally from New jersey. I am 31 years old and I need to make a change. I used to be very athletic when I was younger. I remember the days when I had the best six pack of my friends in high school. I grew up playing baseball and ice hockey. In my 20s I used to rock climb in the summer and ski a lot in the winter. And then I hit 30 and some how life just got in the way and now I find myself in the worst shape of my life. I work a computer job 40 hours/week which doesn't help the cause at all. And my motivation is weak on those days when I work long hours and I'm exhausted when I get home.
But here I am, ready to make not just a small change, but a huge one!!! And I look forward to working with you all, keeping each other motivated, and making this happen! Thanks!
