I'm a 46 year old husband and father of 2 in western PA. As a teacher, I am on the go during the day, but I am not in great shape. I want to change my lifestyle and be sure to live a healthy life to see my girls grow up. I am anxious to get started and have a new life! I plan to include more info later.
