More statistics| ranrod I'm one of those quintessential ectomorphs. My biggest frustration is that I can't gain muscle nor get rid of the little fat I have around my belly-button. I've tried regimenting my diet to 900 calories a day, 3500 calories a day, and everything in between with no results. If I increase my calories, I gain fat. If I decrease my calories, I lose muscle.
