I am a 31 year old father of two great kids! At the start of 2009 I was so out of shape that I was starting to really feel my age and worry about my health. I wanted to make sure I would be around to take care of my Wife and Kids and be able to run and play with them as they grow. The P90X infomercial was haunting me, every time I would see it on I would watch it and wish I had the guts to make

I am a 31 year old father of two great kids! At the start of 2009 I was so out of shape that I was starting to really feel my age and worry about my health. I wanted to make sure I would be around to take care of my Wife and Kids and be able to run and play with them as they grow. The P90X infomercial was haunting me, every time I would see it on I would watch it and wish I had the guts to make myself get in shape on my own. Finally I had seen enough I got the P90X program and started to push play! My wife did the program with me and combined we lost over 50 lbs! We got in better shape than we had been in years. I have been through the program once and just started round 2! I lost the weight the first time around and now it is time to get ripped!
