Hi! My name is Ray Rodriguez. I am a stay-at-home dad of three year old twins. I have not ever seriously followed any type of exercise regimen but am looking forward to P90X! Over the past 6 months I haved changed my diet and included running as my main form of exercise. I have not really gotten the results I am looking for, but my diet has not been that extreme. LOL! So, wish me luck and good
