I guess it started when I saw a commerical on TV, (P90X). In which I have seen among others that are only out to get one thing, which is money. But something that Tony Horton said really made alot of sense to me and my outlook. (You can achieve your goals by a combination of exersing and eating Healthy). The Program consist of three months of EXTREME WORKING & EATING RIGHT. And I take this as a Challenge and for me having to always be a man of many challenge's from being in the MARINE CORP. To achieving a MASTER'S DEGREE IN TAE KWON DO. It was another challenge for me & I welcome this with open arms. It was alot of sweat and tears but I bet my money on TONY HORTON and HIS EXTREME HEALTHY WORKOUT PROGRAM. I've been bringing it and i will continue with this program. THIS IS MY RESULT XXX!
