5K and 8K runner (jogger), went from 186 lbs. to 165 lbs. over the last 18 months. Found out 12 months ago that I have high blood pressure and pretty bad cholesterol numbers. My wife (of 8 years) and I eat a very well balanced diet (think local and in season) and continue to do so.
