I am 34yrs old, 5'11" and weigh 240lbs. I am a National co-ordinator for an Alarm Company in the East Coast. I have 5 children, (4)boys (9,11,12,13) and(1)girl (7). I quit smoking 6yrs ago after 14yrs, and 2 months ago I quit drinking coffe. I try to exercise regularly. I just joined a gym with, you know, those friends that claim will go with you but soon after drop out. Any way I have been

Any way I have been thinking a lot about my health the past couple of years and just the other day I was changing the channel on the T.V. and saw the commercial for P90X and it kind of left an impression on me. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm a strong beliver that hard work and patience pays off, but truth be told, I am getting older and it's getting easier and easier to put off exercise. Well, anyway the impression left behind was stong enough to convince me to try this product, it is the first I try and hopefully the last... Oh, and by the way, I think I finally convinced my girlfriend to try the product with me. Let's see how we do.
