My name is Garry and I am 33 years old. It seems like I woke up and I suddenly got old. Now here I am overweight and out of shape, it's not like the days in High School.

In High School I was pretty athletic. I was involved in football and track. Now I look in the mirror and I am not sure who I am looking at. I look at myself and I see someone who is always tired and not happy with myself. I'm obese, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol and I am only 33 years old! WHAT I AM I DOING TO MYSELF!!! I need to change. Not only my eating habits but become more active and take care of myself.
I wanted this year in 2011 to be different. This is the year I have decided to improve my fitness level and lifestyle. So here I am BRINGING IT!
