I am happily married and have a son who is 11. We enjoy spending family time together doing outdoors stuff. You name it we like it.

I am happily married and have a son who is 11. We enjoy spending family time together doing outdoors stuff. You name it we like it.
I started doing Turbo Jam in June of '06. Took my measurements and was working Turbo Jam along with the Treadmill. I was not very faithful with Turbo Jam and went back to pilates on the ball and the treadmill. I averaged 3.5 miles in a 60 minute plan. I usually walked 5 days a week.
In February of '07, I got serious about Turbo Jam and started working out 5 days a week. I have seen very little weight loss, but have lost a ton of inches in my waist and other areas as well. (This is a good thing! :)) I have also begun to build muscle where I had fat.

I went back and looked at my measurement from when I first ordered Turbo Jam (although I did not hit it hard until 6 months later) and here are the results so far.

It doesn't look like much here, but the muscle looks very different than the fat. I am down 1 pant size. Making progress.

I ordered p90 and I am fooling around with it now. So, far p90x is the bomb!
