3/31/09 - Completed P90X! Not only do I feel fantastic physically but I have noticed a positive transformation in my emotional state as well--from a place of feeling slightly depressed to full of life and vigor. Additionally I feel a sense of accomplishment that has come from completing such a rigorous routine. Addicting and wonderful!

01/01/09 - Started P90X Lean workout routine.

11/06/08 - Last day of 30-day Elimination Diet. Weigh in at 151.6 lb.--down 8 lbs. in 30 days. The workouts are no longer challenging, but instead are compelling.

10/18/08 - Down to 158 and feeling great. 'Stepped up the cardio time decreased weight lifting to once per week for upper and lower body (usually fit in over two sessions).

10/10/08 - 'Lost another 3 lbs. My energy level in increasing my clothes are fitting SO much better.

My fitness program was launched with the Hip Hop Abs videos, followed by the 10-Minute Trainer videos. I also supplement these workouts with weight training 2-3 times per week, and a small amount of cardio exercise like 10
minutes of jogging or using a cross-crawl machine.
