I started P90X for the first time in the spring of 09. It was amazing how well it worked and opened my eyes to fitness. over the summer i went back to the weight room to put a little mass back on and now we're in the fall. I have three month's to get in shape for wrestling season. My goal as a coach is to lead by example and i will always give my best effort to be in as good or better shape than my kids. As of right now i am in Preseason for my wrestling season this winter. My goal is to be in better shape than my kids going into the season!
P90X+ is kicking my butt and i'm loving every minute of it.
