Hey guys! I'm a 31 year old single male living in Austin Texas. I moved here about 12 years ago for school and stuck around. I currently own a web and graphic design company that keeps me at my desk a lot during the day.

I just purchased the Insanity program in an effort to lose some weight and get back into the shape I was in at the beginning of college. Prior to buy the Insanity program, I just recently lost about 30 pounds. 40 more to go to be at my ideal weight. Looking forward to getting there soon.

I also just recently have gotten into cycling. I just bought my first road bike and have been doing a ton of riding at home (on a bike trainer) I have a new rule that I don't watch TV at home unless I am in the bike. It's been tough but a nice change to be moving while I watch the tube. Looking forward to some warmer weather to hit the streets in Austin.
