More statistics| rhizomatic Milwaukee, WI I'm a 32 year old doctoral student and have been struggling to balance my 12 hour work days and working out. I've been heavy all my live, though over the past five years I have lost 90 lbs. My goal is to lose 30-35 more pounds and get as fit as possible. *Update* I started the lean version of the program again in December and finished in March.
