51 Yr old marketing executive who sits a lot at a desk! I've been working out 2-3 times a week for an hour each time which includes 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training and resistence training. I've only been doing it about 6 weeks but the results I'm seeing are really slow and my belly just isn't changing at all! This body seems really hard to change at this age. I try to eat

I am 65 lbs overweight and middle age - it's hard to get the changes at this age! I have a bad back and the thing that will help it is to carry less weight and stregthen my core. I'd like to be able to have my back feel stronger too.
