More statistics| rhoadsie Florence, SC 51 Yr old marketing executive who sits a lot at a desk! I've been working out 2-3 times a week for an hour each time which includes 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training and resistence training. I've only been doing it about 6 weeks but the results I'm seeing are really slow and my belly just isn't changing at all! This body seems really hard to change at this age.
