Hello all had the tapes for a while, Turbo Jams that it is. I love the work out but really just looked at the commercial and the promise that if I do this I can really take off the weight. I heard about p90 as well and my friend said he had great results and he told me about a girl at his job that before p90 and before she started she looked like she was 40 and now he said she looks like she is 20. So here I am just found out that I could track all my info here, I am ready to do what I need to do to get this weight off and live my life as destined to be with true happiness and not depression.

I am a mother of three, fulltime coder, Rep for Wildtree and I lost 107 lbs back in 2000 and put at least half of it back on. I feel horrible about it but remembered that I did it before I can do it again, no surgery, I worked and took it off, I walked and worked out and became a lean girl. So I decided just to do it and forget about what happen and move on.

Life got in the way and I lost myself, I thought I could eat and not gain, or not eat as much and not work out. Now I know that I am not wired that way so I must eat right and work out bottom line. So I am back again at 36 years old I want it off. I did it before I can do it again this time. I will pay attention to what is going on and realize that this time when I am stressed take a walk not eat a donut.

My goal is 160 lbs. Wish me blessings I have work to do.
