More statistics| richtan Valley Stream, NY Native New Yorker; semi-retired attorney; spend a lot of time sitting on my ever flabbier butt; used to work out religiously at least 3x a week through my 30's, 40's and most of my 50's; except my young wife and I were blessed with a son when I was 58 which kind of put a huge damper on my workout and most other recreational time.
