I'm a 36 year old, former athlete with 2 boys and a beautiful wife. Over the years I had let myself go physically and I gained 30+ lbs from my playing days in D1 College. Over the last 5+ More ...
I'm a 36 year old, former athlete with 2 boys and a beautiful wife. Over the years I had let myself go physically and I gained 30+ lbs from my playing days in D1 College.
Over the last 5+ years, with the power of Beachbody products like, P90, P90X, Masters, TurboJam, and others, I have transformed my body to a level exceeding my younger playing days. I sometimes yearn for the good ole days, but with these unbelievable tools of conditioning in my back pocket. Who knows what could have been?
In the first 90 days I saw my weight go from 200lbs to 178 lbs and my bodyfat % drop from 26.4% to 15%. Over the next 90 days the percentage dropped from 15% to 10% and my waist went from an original size 36 to size 31. Over the last 3 years following those first few days, I have maintained the same weight, waist size and my bodyfat % continues to be below 10%.
Beachbody has transformed my mind, body and soul. I have improved all aspects of my life. My marriage, my kids, my career, my friendships, and my health have all never been better.
I want to thank Beachbody for truly changing my life and I look forward to sharing these products with my kids as they grow up and live a happy and healthy life of their own.
