Columbia, MD In my first two weeks of being a BeachBody customer, using ChaLEAN Extreme, I reduced my pant size by one whole size, and lost 3 inches in my hips! Becoming a coach is the perfect way for me to tell others about the success I am having. In 2009 I took up running. In one year I completed two half marathons and one full marathon. Although I saw wonderful changes in my body form those efforts, there were areas that did not change at all! Like that muffin top I could never get rid of! As I trained with my team for my full marathon I happened to meet a newcomer to my team who introduced me to BB. A definite skeptic at first, I decided I really needed to find the missing piece to make the transformation to my body that I longed for. I learned about some of the BB products from my friend and chose to try ChaLEAN Extreme to build muscle in order to burn fat. As I said, in two weeks I was amazed at the results. I can only imagine what my body will be like when I complete the full 90 day program. I also added Shakeology to my diet. To be honest, I didn't like it at all the first time I tried it. But my friend kept posting on Facebook how delicious it was! Was she drinking the same thing I had tried? So, I tried it again by adding banana and peanut butter to the chocolate Shakeology and Bam! it really was delicious. Now, I have a shake every morning... my favorite is Peppermint Mocha! I want to help as many people as possible lose their muffin tops and reach their fitness goals!

Until I was 35 years old, I did not have to pay attention to my weight. Growing up, I was the skinny kid who could eat whatever I wanted and never put on weight. Well, that changed over time for sure. More ...
Until I was 35 years old, I did not have to pay attention to my weight. Growing up, I was the skinny kid who could eat whatever I wanted and never put on weight. Well, that changed over time for sure. When my Mom was diagnosed with blood cancer in 2009, I decided to raise funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society by training for a half marathon with Team In Training. I did this very successfully despite never having been a runner before. I really enjoyed the changes in my body from the running and went on to train for another half marathon and in January of 2010 completed my first full marathon! The changes in my body plateaued and I became very frustrated. No amount of running got rid of my muffin top. It was during my marathon training that a fellow team mate introduced me to Beachbody. After much contemplation, I decided to add Shakeology to my diet and ChaLEAN Extreme to my fitness routine. Within 2 weeks of beginning the program, I lost 3 inches from my hips and went down one pant size! I can't wait to see what happens 90 days into the program!
