I am the mother of 2 absolutely wonderful children! I have never been one to "enjoy" working out, and always made excuses as to why I was too busy. But, you can find time! I realized I have to find time for myself and not feel bad about it. When I work out, I FEEL GREAT! you just need to find the right workout for YOU. And I honestly feel like if I can do it, anyone can do it! Just don't give up!

When I got pregnant with my daughter almost 3 years ago, I weight about 120 lbs. With this pregnancy, I had preeclampsia, which can cause a lot of weight gain. When I had her, I weighed 205 lbs. I lost some of it, and gained some of it back, never really sticking to a diet. I weighed 145 lbs when I got pregnant with my son. He is now 9 months old, and when I had him, I weighed 220 lbs. 6 months ago, I started weight watchers, and almost 3 months ago, started ChaLean Extreme and Turbo Jam. Since having my son 9 months ago, I have lost over 80 lbs. I am still not at my goal. But I am so close, I can taste it!
