Hey, just you're normal out of shape guy who is tired of being out of shape!

I used to do a program called CrossFit, but it didn't work out the way I wanted it to, so I quit working out for about a year and am now ready to start over again.

I do Bikram yoga and don't plan to quit that anytime soon, but I need something else to complement it - hopefully this is it.
