I'm a state trooper with a wife and three daughters. My wife and I have
always been active but we did not ever feel totally satisfied with what we were
doing(running/weight lifting). We saw the P90X infommericals on television
for over a year. After my oldest daughter told me one day when I was lifting weights to pull down my shirt because my fat was showing, I made the decision to buy P90X. We completed the first round in January of 2009 and the second round in May of 2009. We have since purchased P90X plus and have enjoyed it. We have started using a hybrid of P90X and P90X plus from a coach that we met in Las Vegas.

Insanity was next which pushed us to the limit but was a great cardio builder

When I started P90X with my wife on ll/04/08, I was not skeptical of what might happen but I did not know with 3 active kids, if I would have time to workout everyday. Well, it worked so much that I have become addicted to working out. I find the time to work out.

Being in law enforcement means I have a large network of friends. It is incredible by the example I set by doing P90X, how many of my fellow officers are currently working out. It is not just my agency but by me talking about P90X, it has spread to 4 other agencies besides the one that I am on.
