Bakersfield, CA I am a 45 year old married man, from Bakersfield, Ca. I have worked out off and on all of my life, but my health has slowly declined over the last fifteen years, since getting out of the military. I was in greast shape while I was in the service, until my back started giving me problems. Since then, I knew I had to stay in shape to keep from causing worse problems with my back. I have worked out off and on all of my life, but my health has slowly declined over the last fifteen years, since getting out of the military. I was in greast shape while I was in the service, until my back started giving me problems. Since then, I knew I had to stay in shape to keep from causing worse problems with my back. Last year I was updated with a 50% disibility for my back, and my military doctor suggested surgery. I was declined surgery by the military, and knew I had to solve this problem on my own. I started working out, at the first part of 2009, but the wieght just wasn't coming off like it used to. I found P90X while being a couch potato one sunday in March. I figured I had nothing to lose with a full money-back garauntee! So I ordered P90X and P90X+. I started the first week with the bonus work-outs and lost a couple of pounds. I just started phase two today 4/20/2009, and have lost a total of 15 pounds and four inches in my waste-line! I am hard core P90X now! I missed my before pictures for phase one, but have taken my pre-phase-two photos. I can't wait to see day 90!

I guess I shared a lot of my transformation story in my get to know me section. I have been very strict in my diet, and have only missed workouts after the first week, when I was sick. I make sure I get my recovery drink after my work-out with an extra serving of whey-casienate blend protien. I take three to six grams of omega-3 fat daily, and supplement with creatine capsuls.I have lost 15 pounds, so far. I have lost four inches in my waste, and almost four in my hips.
