I hit my peak weight in 2007, after I quit cheerleading. I peaked at 184, right before I left for California to work at a fitness camp (ironic).  More ...
My story is still in progress but....

I hit my peak weight in 2007, after I quit cheerleading. I peaked at 184, right before I left for California to work at a fitness camp (ironic). Before that I'd been a group fitness instructor and involved in cheerleading for the duration of college.
While in California, I found my inner cheerleader and my inner health nut and started on the path to becoming healthy again.

Soon after I got back from California, I purchased the TurboJam DVD's. I fell in love right away and have been 'jammin' ever since. My current goals are to perfect my nutrition and keep losing weight in 08'.
Currently I've made some positive changes in my life. I use portion control and have been using fruit to curb my sweet tooth. I drink A TON of water these days and have more energy than I've had in a long time. Every step is a step in the right direction!
