The most recent was my 2 neck operations which were 6 weeks apart. I have been a single Mother for the past 19 years and have an amazing 21 year old daughter who makes me so proud each and everyday. She has been my driving force to always keep going no matter how badly I feel. I have always exercised no matter how bad my day was because I believe it helps. I am so looking forward to my next challenge which is Power 90. I am determined to get in shape and having ncouragement from my coach and signing into WOWY each day truly makes a difference. I have always heard the 50's are the best time of your life and I can't wait. And I believe being in good shape makes all of the difference.
