Hi, I'm Romeo and my wife is Flo. We are both from Texas and decided to join
BeachBody and live the best life that we can. We both gained a lot of weight
during the past few years and experienced a host of health problems. We tried numerous diet programs but these did not work as we still continued to gain weight.
We came across P90X and decided to embark on it. Since starting on the program, we began to see results even over the course of two weeks, Within 90 days, I lost 25 lbs, from 200 lbs to 175 lbs. Now, I see muscles starting to develop and my fitness level is enhanced. By the way, the exercises are not boring and they are actually fun!

Transformation story

One of the transformations that I experienced is my fitness level. I am able to drive long distances in a small car when previously, I was not able to. Apart from my obvious weight loss, I can enjoy my carpentry more than before because I would have to execute bends and crawls in the course of this work.
I'm turning 50 this August, 2009 and just graduated from P90X, This is the best gift that I ever received to get fit and healthy. I'm currently on my second round on P90X and still enjoying my workout.
Our health is very precious to us and we need to take good care of it. My goal is to share what I have experienced so that you too will reap the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
