I am a 33 year old mother of 2 children. I have basically been a skinny fat since kids. What I mean by that is in the right clothes I look great but as far as muscle tone it has always been a goal. I am a yo-yo work out girl. I seem to get 80% there and comfortable and then fall of the plan. Many excuses such as injury, etc but ultimately

Round I P90X completed November 29th! Lost 4 pounds and built muscle.
Round II I did half way then switched to Insanity Febuary 1st because I needed more cardio to kick start weight loss. I More ...
Round I P90X completed November 29th! Lost 4 pounds and built muscle.
Round II I did half way then switched to Insanity Febuary 1st because I needed more cardio to kick start weight loss. I continued doing weights 2x's a week at the gym.

Insanity done April 11th:
Lost 6lbs. 7% body fat. 2 inches in my waist. 2.5 inches in my hips. down 2 pant sizes!

April 19th starting Insanity/P90X Hybrid!
