I've been deployed all over the world and found myself a little to laid back with my diet and excecise program. It was time for a change so I changed jobs in the military and joined a TACP unit. Everything revolves around being in the best shape. Over the last year I lost 75 lbs. and 7 1/2 inches off of my waist. I have seen the weight fall off over the past several months. In all I've lost almost 75 pounds and I haven't felt this good since High School.
