Thanks to a good friend I was invited to join TBB. This is just what I needed to change my poor eating habits and get over the drudgery of exercising.
In December 2008 my cholesterol levels were off the chart at 350. With the motivating help of others at TBB, diet and regular exercise, it is my overall goal to bring my cholesterol down to levels that are acceptable to my doctors. They have all suggested I start taking a statin type drug.
