Hello, I am Veronica, 37 yr’s old, I am a Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Sonographer.
I have worked in my field for over 10 yrs, I was able to start my own company Great Lakes Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Inc. and I am at the top of my career. I was always fit and healthy through my twenties than I became ill with Ulcerative Colitis at 27 yr’s old and spend my late twenties struggling with health and life style change after a year of taking prednisone. I decided to get the surgery to have my large colon removed completely; this was a major change in my life style and eating habits along with feeling depressed and weak. I did not exercise for about 3 years and I was tired all the time.
Since the surgery I was able to change my eating habits and I now have a fairly normal life style. I would like my body to look and feel like my twenties again. I am going to start the XP90 soon but I wanted to start with the 10 min workout’s to get me going.
I have official started the program on July 24, 2008 weighing in at 150 pounds 5’ 5”, my goal it to be healthy and toned at 130 pounds. The photos were taken today July 24, 2008 I look forward to having a great career and a great body.
