I've been overweight most of my adult life and have struggled to lose it. I was successful back in 1992 after my divorce but gained it back after getting remarried in 1995.

I'm DETERMINED to lose this weight, tone this body and just look smokin' hot and feel good about myself.

I have tried so many "quick fix" deals that are out there,pills, drops, food delivery etc. I've read TONS of 'diet books' too and everything works....temporarily. What I love about Beachbody programs is that they are straight forward. Lift weights, do cardio and clean up your eating. SIMPLE! Well not simple, lots of hard work and dedication but I now know IF I PUT IN THE WORK I'LL GET THE RESULTS and so will you.

I have no great Transformation story (yet) but I'm working on it-I'm a work in progress! I won't lie either- I've started and stopped many times. But I believe "If I don't quit then I haven't failed". Each day is a new beginning and another great opportunity. I know that Beachbody works and there is the BEST support around on the TeamBeachBody website. Every tool you need is available to you along with support and motivation.

As a coach I'm here to help and support anyone who wants and/or needs it to reach their fitness goals and become the best and healthiest YOU that you can be. If I can't answer a question for you I will FIND the answer for you. Believe me when I say there is a workout that is right for you whether you are a beginner just starting out on your journey or someone who is looking to advance their potential, endurance or muscle gain. And Beachbody is coming out with some new programs that will blow your mind!!We'll find that right program for you and together with diet, exercise and determination we'll get you where you want to go.

If I didn't believe in Beachbody and their products I would never have signed up to be a coach but I do and I'll make a believer out of you- I promise! It will take committment and determination on your part but I promise you will find the greatest joy in being able to overcome your fears, doubts and "I can'ts". Don't worry that you may not be able to keep up with the workouts at first- keep pushing PLAY and you WILL! I would love to share that excitement with you!!
