I have been what my grandmother used to call "husky" my entire life. The irony is that of all of my siblings, I was the smallest baby. It's not that I really eat a whole lot, I only eat when I am hungary. I never let my weight be an issue for me. It has never held me back from anything or kept me from trying anything. I am at a point now where I want more energy and I want to get involved with

I am at a point now where I want more energy and I want to get involved with different kinds of physical things. So I am here to start changing my lifestyle and making it happen for myself.
