I am a proud Air Force spouse and mom to 3 great kids, ages 18, 8 and 5. I am a certified fitness instructor and I currently teach Turbokick, Step, Powerflex and other formats. Health and Wellness is one of my passions. It has been since I was a young girl. I am excited about helping others to get fit while I continue along my personal fitness journey.

My goal is to lose the rest of my pregnancy weight. It's been 5 years and I need to lose this stubborn belly fat!

By adding 2 hours of Turbokick, 2 days of resistance training and 1 hour of Step aerobics to my routine, I have been able to drop about 7 pounds in the past 7 or 8 months.

I am looking to firm up and lose a few more inches around my waistline.
