More statistics| My Blog 04/12/10 I finished my first P90X quarter with mixed results. I kind of self destructed in the last 3 weeks. I started out with a weight of 183.2 lbs, got down as low as 173 lbs but finished at 183.0. More ... 04/06/10 I have decided to just take this week off and start over with phase 1 next week. I need this week to get back in the right frame of mind. To much crap going on right now...
