A person that takes health and fitness seriously. I have always tried to stay in shape. But sometimes the world around us gets the best of us. This happenned to me a few years back. Not over weight just not fit. Got seroius got a gym membership and started seeing results, then the plateau set in. No longer gains and the workouts got boring, So P90X to the rescue.

To date I am just starting my 3rd phase of the classic P90X rotation. I have seen huge gains in my upper body definition and strenght. The results that I have gained to date are very pleasing. The results in 60 days far exceed any of the gain. I had received from spending 6 months in the gym. This is a easy plan to stick with, and the results are starting to show. I look forward to bringing much intensity to this last phase to maximize the results I am already seeing. Can't wait to see what I can reveal.
