When my mom was diagnosed with cancer, and six months later suffered from an aneurysm rupture on her brain, the reality of my own poor health hit me pretty hard. She is so young, and my kids will be experiencing this same pain all too soon if I don't change the way I live now. I was already suffering from numerous health problems, and knew something had to change.

I prayed and prayed and prayed some more. I needed the strength to get through this, and the strength to make much needed changes in my own life. Overwhelmed by medical expenses and wondering what in the world I was going to do about it. It all hit me very hard.

I found Beachbody from a Facebook post from an old friend, and knew this was exactly what I needed. I signed up, not only to use the programs, but as a coach too. I am so glad I did, and love every minute of it. I immeiately started Shakeology and WOW! - what a difference it has made in how I feel! The workout programs and website are so fun, and give you all of the tools you need to succeed. Not to mention, the amazing support from other coaches - even those I have never even met. It's like they just want everyone to feel as great and achieve the same successes they have---I've never seen anything like it!

I am still on my journey to live a healthier life, but I dont think I have ever been as motivated to stay with something as I am with beachbody. I love every minute of it, and find out more and more every day about just how rewarding coaching can be. Not only in a financial sense, but also in knowing that you are helping to make a positive, healthy change in someone else's life. While I still have a long way to go, Beachbody is already making a huge impact on my health, and in my life.
