I am married with 3 children, 2 girls and 1 boy. Our last baby was born on Dec 5, 2008. Before I got pregnant I was 5 lbs from my goal weight of 130 lbs. After giving birth, I weighed 170 lbs.
I began exercising on Jan 22, 2009, and weighed 165 lbs. My workout consisted of Winsor Pilates and riding my recumbent bike. I started off slow. On February 4, 2009, I began using Jillian

Started working out on Jan 22 2009. My exercises consist of using my recumbent bike, Jillian Michael's The Biggest Winner How to Win by Losing, Kenpo X, and Cardio X. Starting weight was 170 and am currently at 149. My ultimate goal is to be 130 lbs and cut. On March 1, 2010, I began a weightloss challenge at work that is 12 weeks long. I am taking this as the perfect opportunity to start and complete the P90X program.
