As a lifelong fitness enthusiast, you can always find me jogging, in the gym or maybe even helping out a friend or two do their workouts. But more and more as a wife and working mother of 2 toddlers, I found it very difficult to dedicate constant time to myself with fitness to actually take care of myself. I found myself bored, gaining weight and just needed something special to boost my interest.

I worked out with Beachbody religiously for almost 3 months using Power 90 and had not seen any changes in my weight loss. I was extremely frustrated with it and was not happy with the program. It was not until I broke my toe that it became a blessing in disguise because it forced me to change my routine to more basic but much more strength training that would not use high impact exercises, during my healing. I also discovered for the first time the power of keeping a food diary. I had no idea how important and eye-opening it would be. I give all my thanks to a FREE website called www.SparkPeople.com for providing an awesome tool to keep track of my food intake. I would have to be honest and say that it was much more user-friendly than the one used in www.milliondollarbody.com.

I have now down to 135 from my staring 152. I have completed my first triathlon and just got certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer.

I started using INSANITY in combination with P90X and my goal is to give my body definition and to beat my time in my first triathlon with another one in late 2010.
