More statistics| runcyn Mt Pleasant, SC Quit smoking 2 years ago--have put on about 25 pounds--would like to lose about 15 of this & tone everything up---currently I work out 3-5 times per week--either brisk walking with my husband or on the elliptical/stepper and weight training but nothing seems to be moving the weight. It appears to be concentrating on my mid section | ?
