I am a 47 year mom of 2 ( 25 and 15). I started running 2 years ago and LOVE IT! I have ran 5k's, a 10k and a half marathon. My next goal is a full marathon (26.2 miles) in December. I am not over weight and fairly fit but trying to lose a few pounds and tone up. My goal is to be STRONG and LEAN!
