At 35 years of age, I knew I could be in better shape; MUCH BETTER SHAPE. I've been an athlete since age 4, playing multiple individual and organized team sports year round through high school, and was even blessed to play some football in college. I've held a gym membership and used it 4-6 times a week "religiously" since 1995, yet still understood something was missing.

Then along came the P90X infomercial. I saw couch potatoes, public servants, brides-to-be, and even a mom of SIX with higher levels of fitness in just 90 Days and thought, "If THEY can do it, I should be able to!". I jumped online and read everything I could about P90X and Tony Horton. One thing truly resonated with me; Tony says, "Never say 'can't'- instead, say, 'I presently struggle with ___". Needless to say, I took his advice and got started!

On Day 1, I was 250+lbs. and 26% body fat - at 5'8"!!! My chest was 52" and my waist was 40" - TOTALLY RIDICULOUS for someone as athletic and active as I had been. From the first workout on March 2, 2009 I was in love with the P90X program! I could not believe that A) I could not keep up with this 50 year-old stud B) that he was whipping my tail- IN MY OWN LIVING ROOM without machines, and C) that I'd let myself get to this unhealthy stage. I knew right then, there was no going back to the guy I saw in the mirror just an hour before.

I HIGHLY recommend morning workouts for two reasons: 1) it jump-starts your metabolism for the day, and 2) it is the ONLY time of the day that is non-negotiable. THINK ABOUT IT: if exercise is the first thing you do in the morning, nothing else can get in the way of your workout!

IMMEDIATELY following my sessions, I would peel myself off the floor, wash my hands, prepare a SHAKEOLOGY drink and replenish my body on the spot. I ate every 3 hours, and 90 days later, I'm 210lbs. (38lbs. lighter!) and 16% body fat! My chest is now 44" and my waist is 34"!

On a scale of 1-10, my belief system is a 4,000 in P90X and Shakeology!!! Although I receive literally dozens of compliments from friends near and far daily on my outward change, what they cannot see is my inner confidence, strength, and vastly improved quality of life!

Beachbody's comprehensive approach to exercise, nutrition, supplementation, and SUPPORT are critical in enabling ordinary individuals to attain EXTRAORDINARY results! For me, Tony Horton's approach to the science of "muscle confusion" in P90X is life-changing. I can hear him now: "Variety is the spice of exercise" - So true, so true....

But, my success story doesn't stop at Day 90 of P90X, it's truly about being the conduit for change and a healthier lifestyle for others. When I began my workouts, I'd decided to create a weekly e-journal of my workouts and post them in this Facebook Group for encouragement from friends & family. By the time Day 91 arrived, the WE Beachbody! group has blossomed to OVER 1,000 MEMBERS FROM ALL OVER THE GLOBE! I've been able to empower HUNDREDS of individuals that I never would have met through sharing my story in this Group! Moreover, many of the group members are now Team Beachbody Members logging their workouts in WOWY, avid P90X - Power 90 - ChaLEAN Extreme - Hip Hop Abs -10 Min Trainer - INSANITY users, and even dozens are now Beachbody Coaches like me!

P90X and Shakeology enabled me to tap into an internal power source that has renewed my spirit. I am living an incredible life of physical and financial fitness, and in turn, empowering the masses to follow suit.

The President of the United States is arguably the busiest person on the planet; if HE can find 90-minutes a day every morning to get in a workout, SO CAN YOU - with minimal sacrifice. Whether you've been active all your life, or not at all in years, Beachbody has a program to fit your goals, lifestyle, and budget- GUARANTEED.
