Former college athlete, got married, got fat, let about 15 years pass that way... In 2005 I started losing weight by watching calories and walking. I then started running. I lost about 70 pounds. Since then, over the years, I have run 8 full marathons and too many half-marathons and other events to keep track of. I also dabble in triathlons. After all that, I still didn't really feel
