I've always been a runner, but would never consider myself strong. I have faith I will get there! Over the next 3 months, I will run @ least 2 Half marathons, play vball, and do yoga or pilates 1 time More ...
I've always been a runner, but would never consider myself strong. I have faith I will get there! Over the next 3 months, I will run @ least 2 Half marathons, play vball, and do yoga or pilates 1 time a week...in addition to doing Chalean extreme...I'll be rocking when I turn 34 in early January!
