More statistics| rustysgirl Housewife and mother of a 13 yr. old boy. We live out in the country nearest town is 60 miles away. So getting to a gym is tough. Desert area so getting out to do a lot of this during certain times of the year is hard. So wanted a program that I can do at home and get back into shape and loose some weight. Sure hope this works. Any added advice is always welcome. | ?
