Let me introduce myself, I am Sherry McCay, RN owner of Custom Fitness, LLC in Vienna, WV. Our gym is a private hands on facility offering Personal Training, Extreme Functional Interval Training,Bootcamps,Group fitness,and a fully equipped gym facility. We work with teen athletes, injury prevention, post rehab clients, older adults, runners/walkers, and everything else in between. I am a Registered Nurse, Fitness Therapist,Personal Trainer and Functioanl Movement Specialist. I also have held a long list of certifications for the last 30 years including: Turbokick, Sportsyoga, Kickboxing, Tai Chi for Arthritis, Step Reebok, Golf Conditioning, Pilates, Developing Fitness Programs for Post Rehab Clients, Functional Movement Assessments, and so much more. My Favorite Trainings/Programs are developed by Todd Durkin, Tony Horton, Chalene Johnson, Insanity,TRX,and the Beach Body series. My mission statement is as follows: "We strive to assist the community in improving the quality of life by offering individualized fitness programs for those with special needs and/or goals." My goal is to provide individuals with tools that will allow them to live a healthy lifestyle through exercise and diet with my guidance and coaching. I have 3 beautiful children JT(baseball guy)9, Danielle 14(soccer queen),and Lauren USA Army soldier 23; along with my best friend,husband and running partner Jim! I have a passion for fitness and well-being and look forward in assisting you with your Fit for Life Plan!

I currently have a wide variety of weekly fitness activities. I run 2 times a week low miles(5-7). I take my long run on Sundays 8-13 miles. During the week I teach 1-2 turbokicks, 1-2 x-fit(mixture of p90x/crossfit), 2 interval muscle classes. Once training for 1/2 marathons is over, around mid October, I concentrate more on p90x and lifting.
