Hi there. My name is Ryan Fahey. I'm 30 years old and living in San Diego, California but I'm originally from Newfoundland, Canada. I've recently been laid off my job and while I keep myself busy I couldn't help but get a little hooked on the P90X infomercial. There was something about it that made me want to take that extra step. I'm assuming that many of you feel the same way.

Anyways, I am a thin guy and always have been. Over the past number of years there is a little bit of a gut formed that I have always wanted to see vanish. Ironically two years ago I worked with a great trainer for a year and a bit, ate amazingly and I just didn't see the results. I did tone up and I started to enjoy gyms and weights but the stomach just didn't do what I thought. Since moving here I still exercise at the gym but I stopped focusing the way I once did. I have seen the gut come back and while many would roll their eyes that I need to lose the few inches it is something I want to see happen. I would like to bulk up and not feel that I am skinny, even though I think its more being "thin". (Can you tell where my insecurities lie?)

That's about it. Think I got it covered. To summarize, I want to lose the gut, see some abs, and bulk up in general. Would love to have some defined pecs for the final pics.
