I am a wife and mother of 2. I work as a bakery manager for a local
supermarket. I have battled my weight all my life. This year I will be
40 and I don't want to be overweight and out of shape any longer.

I have always battled my weight and after two beautiful children and years of not taking care of myself, my weight reached 240 pounds,
and on my 17th anniversary I wanted to wear a nice dress, but couldn't find
one that fit. With the support of my family I have been going strong and
working out almost every day since December 2007. I am down to 155 pounds and
still losing. I haven't been this small in 21 years, and feel stronger physically and mentally. I have been using Turbo Jam
and Great body DVDs, as well as Hip Hop Abs, (gotta love Shawn T) and watching what I eat.
