Okay...I am on the border line of my health starting to effect my in a negative way and am realizing that I HAVE to and MUST do something about it. So, even though my overall goal is to get healthy, I plan on losing weight, build muscle, tone up, increase my energy & lower my cholesterol along the way. It will no doubt be a difficult journey, as I have learned some bad habits over my 40 years with diet & less exercise with each passing year. But I have no doubt in my convictions and I WILL succeed in being a more healthy person - my life depends on it. To be continued...
