My weight has always flucutated anywhere from 124-144 lbs on my 5'2 frame. In junior high I was heavy and lost it before my Freshman year. The weight slowly crept back on throughout HS despite being active in cheerleading and dance. In college it crept up a little more, I was still active in dance. We practiced 7 times a week for an hour and I lifted weights and did light cardio 2-3 times a
