I am a 41 year old mom of two teenagers. I work part time as an xray tech. I have to get up around 4-5:00am to get my exercise in before my day begins. I don't have time at the end of my day because my kids are busy in sports year round evenings and weekends. I am a yo-yo dieter and I am tired of it. I lose and gain back the same 10-15 pounds every year. I lose the weight for summer and gain it

I started using Chalene Extreme in January 2010. I was tired yo-yo dieting and decided this is my answer. I didn't just want to lose weight, I also wanted to build muscle and get stronger. I have not completed the program yet. I am in my 10th week(the Lean Phase). I have seen amazing results. I have lost 9.5 lbs and 9.25 inches. I can see muscle developing all over, and my abs are back! I love this program. I have done other Beachbody programs in the past and have seen amazing results with those. I let myself slip in the winter months and thats is when I put my weight back on. No more! That is why I decided to become a coach. I can help others reach their goals.I can become accountable for myself as I help you to become accountable and reach your goals.

Just finished 2nd week of the Lean Circuit. This is tough, but makes me feel great. I am feeling stronger and seeing more muscle. I love it.
